Internal Sales Executive

Due to ambitious growth plans we now have a position for an Internal Sales Executive to join our sales team. This position will support our external sales team and generate new business via outbound campaigns. This role is Ideally suited to an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a passion for sales.


Internal sales support for external sales team to include:

  • Order processing via internal ERP system (Intact)
  • Preparing quotations for customers
  • Handling customer enquiries face to face our phone calls.
  • Handling cash, credit card and credit account transactions
  • Provide quick and efficient service for our customers

Outbound sales activity to include:

  • Complete targeted campaigns and develop relationships with prospective customers
  • Qualify leads to ensure they match SDG product range
  • Working towards sales targets and KPIs


  • Telesales experience, ideally B:B
  • English & Maths GCSE
  • Use of ERP system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal departments
  • Proficient use of IT and computer skills
  • Fantastic customer service skills and upselling skills
